The United Group was founded by Mr. Rakesh Balooni, Mrs. Sangita Balooni & Mr. Devendra Baloni in the Year 2003 and within few years, The United Group became a well-established name amongst the prominent players in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Recruitment for off roll / Adhoc Replacement / Contractual / temporary staffing out sourcing, Pay Roll or Time Office Function Outsourcing, Facility Management Outsourcing, Human Resource and Legal Consultancy Business. The United Group had registered its associate company named M/S TDS Placements & Services Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2007 with Registrar of Companies.
