● Role: This position ensures that lubricants already bought by distributors are actually sold and used by industrial customers. They help distributors move their stock.
● Responsibilities:
○ Sales planning: Working with the distributor's sales team (DSRs) to plan weekly or monthly visits to industrial clients.
○ Client visits: Going with DSRs to factories and industrial sites to give presentations and try to sell lubricants.
○ Key meetings: Meeting with various factory personnel:
■ Maintenance in-charge for product approval.
■ Procurement in-charge for price negotiations and purchases.
■ Accounts in-charge for payment discussions.
○ Product trials: Arranging for an application engineer to perform product tests at the industrial site if needed.
○ Initial sales setup: Getting the first product approval and starting the first sale with an industry.
