Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and leveraging social media, is a plus.
Familiarity with Job portal is essential.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence candidates and clients.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
