Responsibilities:
Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, networking devices and IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and software-related issues.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches and internet connectivity.
Install, configure and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
Assist users with ERP and SAP-related technical support.
Maintain IT assets, hardware inventory and network documentation.
Ensure smooth functioning of computers, networks and security systems.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or Networking
